Low Carb Cheddar Biscuits

These low carb biscuits are cheesy, fluffy, and super easy to make! They’ll make your Thanksgiving feast complete.

1 ½ cups Impact Keto Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Impact Monk Fruit & Allulose Blend Sweetener
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Impact Utah Mineral Sea Salt (Fine)
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup buttermilk
½ melted butter
1 ½ cup shredded cheese

For the topping:
4 tbsp melted butter
½ tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder

1. Whisk together flour, sweetener, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper. Once combined add in the buttermilk and butter. Once a dough forms, fold in the cheese.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 10 even dough rounds onto a greased or lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
3. While biscuits are baking make the topping. Melt the butter then add in the spices. Stir well to combine.
4. Once the biscuits are done, remove from oven and immediately brush with butter mixture. Enjoy!
