Low Carb Chocolate Chip Muffins

These low carb muffins are a perfect way to start any day!

Recipe:

2 cups Impact Keto Wheat Flour

½ cup Impact Monk Fruit & Allulose sweetener 

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

1 egg

1 ½ cup milk (unsweetened or low sugar alternative milk works great)

⅓ cup oil

¾ cup chocolate chips 


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add egg, milk, and oil to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. 
  3. Fill 12 greased muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 15-18 minutes.
