Every dessert needs the perfect finishing touch! Try this super easy low carb whipped cream recipe out on your next dessert (or just eat it straight from the bowl!)
Recipe:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp sugar free simple syrup (recipe and directions below)
½ tsp vanilla
Simple Syrup
½ cup water
½ cup Impact Monk Fruit & Allulose blend sweetener
Directions:
- To make the simple syrup, add sweetener and water to a cold pan. Mix together on medium heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature before using
- To make the whipped cream, start by freezing the mixing bowl for 20-30 minutes.
- Add heavy whipping cream, simple syrup, and vanilla to cold mixing bowl.
- Beat on high for 1-2 minutes until medium to stiff peaks form.
- Serve and enjoy!
