This sugar free chocolate mug cake is a perfect quick treat when you're craving something sweet!
Sugar Free Chocolate Mug Cake
Recipe:
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup almond flour
2 tbsp Impact Monk Fruit & Erythritol sweetener
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg beaten
Directions:
- Add butter to mug and melt using the microwave.
- Once butter is melted, add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute and enjoy! (You can add chocolate chips or nuts for some extra flavor!)
