Hot fudge sundaes and chocolate milk here we come! Try this sugar free chocolate sauce and add a little chocolate sweetness to your life!
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup Impact Monk Fruit & Allulose Blend Sweetener
⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum
Pinch of salt
¼ cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
- Whisk together cocoa powder, monk fruit alluose blend, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to cold pot. Add in cold water and mix. Heat mixture on medium heat until boiling.
- Simmer for 30 seconds then remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add vanilla.
- Serve or store for later use!
