Resistant Wheat Starch, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Protein, Soy Fiber, Almond Flour.

Keto Pancakes

- 2/3 c. Impact Keto Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Impact Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
Blend until well combined and cook on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Keto Pizza Dough

- 1 c. Impact Keto Wheat Flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp honey (yeast food)
- 1 tbsp oil of choice
First, mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and knead for about 4 minutes until well combined. Set dough in a warm spot and let rise for 60 minutes. After the dough has risen, roll into a circle (or shape of your choice) with a rolling pin, cover with your favorite toppings, and bake at 450°F for around 10-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
Keto Dinner Rolls

- 1 1/4 c. Impact Keto Wheat Flour
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tsp honey (yeast food)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp Impact Utah Mineral Salt
- 1 egg (room temperature, lightly beaten)
First, mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and knead for about 4 minutes until well combined. Set dough in a warm spot and let rise for 45-60 minutes. After the dough has risen, knead and shape into 6-8 balls and place on a greased pan to let rise an additional 30 minutes. Optional step: brush tops of dough with egg wash. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
